December

We put up our first Christmas tree this year! In other highlights, all of the males in the family received the same mint-green polo for Christmas.

September & October

My birthday! Christopher hung puppies from the ceiling and gave them speech bubbles. This one says, "I want cake! Feed me cake!"
Christopher reached the ripe age of 24 in September. I concocted a delicious and attractive monkey cake in honor of the occasion.

January

In January we were called to be nursery leaders. We entered with trepidation, but fell in love with the kiddos. In fact, the calling has really "stuck" with us. Two months after the calling was over, we checked the bottoms of our shoes in church to find raisins still stuck on.

We don't actually remember what month Priest Lake was. Oh, Chris says July. Oh well. We go every summer with Christopher's whole family. There were bears! And we had fun on the lake.

July brought Will and Ellie to us!

HAWAII! We took a trip to the Big Island. Highlights: Elisa stepped on a sea turtle (on accident) (twice), we hiked through a volcanic crater, and Chris showed a talent for underwater photography on our many snorkelling expeditions.
